Shipping Time: During the regular season, our gift sets and products ship out in 5-10 days from order, most times earlier. Around holidays, we try to ship within 2 days. If there is a further delay, we will contact you with the expected shipping date. If you have an emergency, please let us know and we will try to ship it out ASAP.
Shipping Cost & Methods: We use USPS Priority Mail for standard orders and FedEx Ground for special orders. Unless otherwise noted on the item, shipping/delivery and packaging is calculated by weight and zip code according to the most recent published USPS rates. An estimate for shipping via UPS Ground can be given upon request; it is less expensive, but will take longer to arrive.
Note: If actual shipping cost exceeds estimated shipping cost, we will contact you with an alternate shipping method.
Please also note that if a package is unclaimed and returns to us, we cannot re-ship it without re-billing the shipping portion of the order.
Handling: Handling on all standard orders is $2 and on special orders, $5. Handling is in addition to shipping costs and covers the price of packing materials.
Returns: If there is a problem with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges at any time. The customer is responsible for postage to us, but we will pay postage back to customer.
Payment: PayPal, our billing service, accepts all major credit cards,debit cards, and e-checks, and is a completely secure site. It will process them under Duncan & Duncan Gifts & Books, our parent company, and will appear as BREADWARMER on your statement. You do not have to register with them first prior to buying with us.
